Why Exhibit?
Our event has 20 exhibit spaces, and we provide you with 2 “L-shaped” tables (18” by 6’). If you want to go all out with a larger display, we can offer you 2 booths! Not only do we let you set up an awesome display, we will also give you a 2-minute presentation before ANY speaker on ANY day! This way, you can really connect with our attendees.
Our Inside Baseball Coaches Clinic is run on the hour with a 45-minute speaker presentation. This allows attendees 15 minutes between seminars to walk the booths and speak with you. Our featured Inside Baseball Coaches Clinic mobile app gives vendors easy ways to connect and sell to our attendees. We start on a Thursday night with coaches registering at 6 PM. By 7 PM, we have 3 different speakers talking in 3 different rooms until 11 PM.
We then kick-start the next Friday morning from 9 AM all the way until 10 PM. Don’t miss our Friday night Coaches Party to connect with our attendees. Friday night, we all get together, eat and drink and laugh a little, so that Saturday morning we can roll out of bed and finish the clinic strong.
